Privacy notice
This notice explains how Services&Co B.V. handles personal data when you visit this website or write to us. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell it.
Who is responsible
Services&Co B.V., Nieuwstraat 49, 4331 JK Middelburg, the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99635178, is the controller of your personal data.
For any question about this notice or your data, write to contact@servicesandco.com.
What we process, and why
- When you visit this website Our hosting provider records technical data that every web server receives: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We use it only to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
- When you write to us We process your name, your email address, the content of your message and anything else you choose to share, in order to reply and, where relevant, to discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, otherwise, our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technology. There is nothing to consent to.
Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that host this website and our email, acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement; with our professional advisers, who are bound by confidentiality; and with public authorities where the law requires it.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and any relationship that follows. Where Dutch law requires us to keep records, such as the seven-year retention period for business records, we keep them for that period. We may keep data longer only where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct, erase or restrict it, or to receive it in a portable format. You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@servicesandco.com; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
We may update this notice. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
